Winter in Baja California Sur

As the winter arrives to Baja California Sur and with it the Sea of Cortez, a remarkable transformation unfolds beneath the surface. From November to March, this marine paradise comes alive with wildlife, offering a front-row places to some of the most wonderful moments in nature.

this are some of the spectacles that await explorers during our high season:

Majestic Gray Whales:

November marks the arrival of the gray whales in the Sea of Cortez. These giants embark on a long journey from the Arctic to the warm, shallow waters of Baja California to give birth and nurse their calves. Witnessing these enormous creatures and their playful offspring breaching the surface is a heartwarming sight, showcasing the marvels of motherhood in the animal kingdom.

Pods of Dolphins:

This time is when the playful pods of dolphins become a common sight. These intelligent and social creatures demonstrate their acrobatic prowess, leaping joyously through the waves. Out of world Manta Rays:
