4. Participant Requirements: Participants must meet the physical and health requirements specified for each expedition. DIP Expeditions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or poses a safety risk.
5. Safety and Conduct: Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our expedition leaders. Failure to comply with safety instructions or engage in unsafe conduct may result in removal from the expedition without a refund.
6. Insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. DIP Expeditions is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Changes and Cancellations: DIP Expeditions reserves the right to modify or cancel expeditions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative options or a refund.
8. Liability Waiver: Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the expedition, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with ocean expeditions and releasing DIP Expeditions from liability for injuries or damages.
9. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, images, and videos, provided by DIP Expeditions is protected by copyright. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws stablished by the Mexican Authorities. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.
11. Changes to Terms: DIP Expeditions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
